Introduction
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our service:
- Account Information — Your name, email address, and other details you provide when creating an account.
- Usage Data — Information about how you interact with the service, including features accessed, frequency of use, and interaction patterns.
- Device Information — Device type, operating system, and browser type, used to optimize compatibility and performance.
- Cookies — Small data files stored on your device to remember preferences and improve your experience.
- Payment Information — Billing details handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Your Photos and Your Films
This is the part people actually ask about, so here is exactly what happens to the two photos you upload.
Where they are stored. Uploads land in storage we control — Cloudflare R2 or S3 when configured, otherwise our own application server. The stored filename is derived from a hash of the image content, not from your account or your original file name.
Stored as you sent them. We keep the original bytes rather than re-encoding the file, so metadata travels with it. A photo exported from a phone can carry GPS coordinates and device details — check and strip that before uploading.
Uploading before you sign up. You can stage both photos and pick a story without an account; only the render itself requires one. Every upload must be an image, is capped at 10 MB per file, and requests are rate-limited. Your staged pair survives the sign-up round-trip, so you never re-upload.
Who else sees them. To produce your film, the two photos are passed to the video model provider — ByteDance Seedance, called through fal — for that single generation. That is the only reason they leave our servers.
We do not train on you. Your photos and your finished films are not used to train any model, ours or anyone else's.
Who can view the result. A finished film appears only in your own library. Nothing is published to the public example wall unless you send it to us and we agree to feature it.
Keeping and removing. There is no automatic expiry: staged uploads and finished films are kept until you ask us to remove them. Deleting a film from your library hides it from your account immediately; the transaction record stays for accounting. If you want the underlying photos and renders purged from storage as well, email us using the address below and we will remove them.
One thing we ask of you. Upload faces you have permission to use — your own, or someone who has agreed. It is the same rule that keeps your film publishable on TikTok or Reels.

- Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
- Process transactions and send related confirmations.
